The ghosts of this town don’t leave anyone unalarmed. Several people who live here declare there are no ghosts, but anybody who has spent the night in Yalaha, Florida knows better. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The phantom of a man outfitted as a gardener was noticed laundering a blood-covered bed sheet in Blue Springs in the early morning hours. Scared by the observers the phantom fled into the dark. The ghost of a gentleman having on a law enforcement outfit came into sight trying to locate a man down near the water at Johnsons Point. When witnessed the ghost approached the bystander who then ran off. One thing's for sure, this is a horrible phantom that       you wouldn't wish to encounter late in the night. The phantom of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead was distinguished on a dark night drifting along on Helena Run. This precise ghost has been seen very often in this spot. If you talk to the people who live here, this spirit might be a recognized former time local of Yalaha. The   ghost of a gentleman having on military attire has often been witnessed by Dilly Marsh crying. A woman with a machete sticking out of her head has supposedly been made out on frequent instances on the top of Tomato Hill late in the night gazing at the view.
