Bartow, Georgia Ghost Tales I've lived in the same house for six years now located in cartersville and everynight we hear footsteps on the stairs and we've seen an old man on several different occasions.My four year old nephew talks to the old man.Most nights at about 1:45 am our dogs start barking like crazy.Our house is without a DOUBT haunted. The spirit of a young cowboy was perceived attempting to capture something by Beaslys Branch. The witness panicked and ran away. If you listen to what the residents assert, this ghost likes terrifying foolish people who have       the nerve to disturb the peace in Bartow. A chilling creature showed up by Battle Pond Dam after midnight looking at the water. The ghost did not seem to be agonized by the viewers. The ghost of a silver-miner was seen showing up in a bedroom mirror.
