Well Technically not a ghost sighting but you can hear him where my great grandpa and grandma lived in there cabin at night they would hear chains rattling i didnt know about this until recently, but anyway i rode my dirtbike down there like i used to do (until i learned this) so anyway i felt kinda scared for some reason when i was right to the trail to my grandpa and grandmas cabin I felt i needed to turn around but i kept going so when I finally turned around over my dirtbikes motor i hear chains rattling behind me i got out of there as fast as i could it followed me all the way to this guys house

and i didnt hear it anymore me and my cousin was talking about it and his dad said when he was hunting one night he heard something behind him in that very same area all exept he was in the woods (i wasnt)

so he got out of there too, my cousin said when he was riding his fourwheeler back there one time he heard chains rattling and his fourwheeler died on him he screamed but nobody came so he tried cranking it up one more time and it finally crunk up i asked my mom and dad they said it was a union soldier or in other words a spy that the confederates got a hold of and chained him up others say the indian that rented the land and cabin from my uncle brought evil spirits with him who knows...?. regularly be distinguished gazing at the water by Bowen Lake Dam before sunrise. People who have perceived this ghost argue this ghost likes terrifying foolhardy folks who come searching for ghosts in

A bloodcurdling beast has sometimes been noticed mounding chunks of concrete in a rubber raft on Bowen Lake.
The ghost of a silver-miner is once in a while seen dispatching
an envelope at a Blairsville post office.
The ghost of a man dressed as a car mechanic has been said to have been distinguished on a few instances gulping blood from a container down near the water
