Bloomingdale, Georgia Ghost Tales | |
|
I personally knew the boy that was killed on the railroad tracks, his brother was the best man in my wedding. Apparently he had been drinking and either he stumbled upon the tracks and passed out or was placed there by enemies, I have heard both stories. I have not witnessed his ghost or anything in the area but I would not doubt it since it was such a tragic way to die. Submitted by Sharon Categories: railroad, man
A couple of years ago, one of my mom's friends were brutally killed on the railroad tracks in Bloomingdale. His body was left there on the tracks. It is said by a few locals that every now and then if you look down the tracks, you can see a figure walking on the tracks but as you look closer he disappears. Sometimes you can even see a bright white light, an orb, hovering over the tracks a great distance away. I still get cold chills every time I go over them railroad tracks.
