While the sun shines you could assume Cecil, Georgia is just identical to any other town, but there are spirits in this town, and they become visible in the moonlight hours. Some of the dead will not pass on in this town. Not everybody has faith in the accounts the local residents tell, but with so many spirits in Cecil you have a relatively fine chance of observing one if you stay overnight in this place.

The ghost of an aircraft pilot may every now and then be made out at Boyette Pond Dam before sunrise enjoying the scenery.
The ghost of a tough lumberjack grasping a big axe was noticed stopping by Pine Bluff around midnight. Panicked by the observers the ghost withdrew into the night.
