You only see it at night. You will see headlights coming toward you and then the car will disappear. At the spot were I have seen it is cow pastures on both sides if the road so you know it did not turn down a road it just disappears. And my uncle has said that he has heard about the ghost car since he was little. So     it has been around for over 40 years maybe more. Several people in my family have seen the ghost car several times. My brother and my daddy both saw it recently. My brother saw it 2 weeks ago then my daddy saw it twice last week.
