The ghost of a gentleman clothed as a store clerk is rumored to have been made out on frequent instances by Big Branch contemplating. A lady with a partly see-through body was perceived at Agrirama       Lake Dam at the stroke of midnight looking at the view. Further reports of this spirit have been conveyed. One of the local residents strongly says that this spirit is the undeparted spirit of a long   forgotten Chula local resident. In any event, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that should be stayed away from. The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead was noticed heaving stones into Agrirama Lake at night. This ghost is incredibly active in this neighborhood; there have been numerous other reports of this particular ghost. A number of of the residents claim this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was murdered while traveling through Chula some decades ago. The phantom of an old gentleman with a large gray beard emerged staring at people in a Chula building through an air vent. This is one of those spirits that is spotted very frequently around here. The spirit of a guy having on an armed forces uniform was spotted in a wild location close to Chula. The ghost didn't mind that there was someone other present. It's been alleged that this precise ghost is that of a resident who settled here in Chula in the past. Regardless of what, it's undoubtedly a frightening ghost that is better not disturbed.
