Marietta, Georgia Ghost Tales

Just 1 hour ago, I was leaving the joyful diner when a kitten ran in front of my car. (I almost crashed and died) I honked my car at the cat 3 times, and when I got out of the car to tell him who is boss, he was GONE! This is at the joyful diner (intercection of sandy plains and post oak tritt), about 10 years ago, a car accident took place which resulted in 7 dead kittens. The carnage was terrible... To this day, kitten sightings are common. Often, at night, they appear from nowhere and reak havoc on traffic and everyday life. In at least 3 deaths in the past 5 years, people at the scene have sighted
kittens, and heard a soft ''meow'' in the distance.

In the Market Square along Canton road, My friends were eating at Jhonny's Pizza. My frineds are, Issaih, Reagan, Logan,
and Alica, so I have a few wittnesses. Their is a desserted office in this shopping center, and we decided to look in it. We found the door locked, but the lights were on. Then we put our ear up to the glass, and my brother, Logan, heard a moan! We screamed and ran back to the pizza place. When we got the courage to go back to the office, I lead the way. We looked in the building, and knocked on the door. We saw the door to one of the rooms open BY ITSELF! We screamed, and then we saw a blur come out of the room. It was not in a human shape. It looked like a oval. And it was glowing white, and transperent.
We scremed and ran all the way to the other end of the sidewlk. We never looked back.

In the daylight hours you may well feel Marietta, Georgia is precisely equal to any other municipality, but when the sun has gone below the horizon one may well distinguish some scary things. Paintings dance around, screams coming from no-place. Not everybody has faith in the descriptions the residents tell, but anyone who has spent a night in Marietta, Georgia knows better.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A female with the head of a leprechaun has from time to time been made out surveying the surroundings from the top of Blackjack Mountain late at night.

A woman hauling her head underneath her arm is sometimes made out floating along Bishop Creek very late at night.

The ghost of a man having half his head lost may once in a while be noticed staring at the water by Bishop Lake Dam at the stroke of midnight.

The phantom of a young woman dressed in a blood-splattered wedding gown is frequently seen seated on a stool in a building in Marietta. In any case, it's a terrifying ghost that is rather not upset.

A beheaded female is known to have been perceived on a few instances wandering from home to home on a dark night on a Marietta residential street.

The ghost of an eight foot tall massive person can be observed very often on a dark night exploring Chochran Shoals in detail.

The ghost of a female with half her head gone has every so often been observed gazing angrily at the onlooker in a row boat on Bull Sluice Lake. Regardless of what people say, it certainly is a creepy spirit that you don't want to run into after midnight.

A woman having a knife in her head is occasionally made out in Abernathy Park before dawn pulling a cadaver through some bushes. Nevertheless, this spirit indisputably is scary; one that any sane person wouldn't wish to meet.

A drifting ghost may sometimes be noticed browsing through the freezer in the kitchen of a Marietta mobile home late at night.
