  Yes, Monroe is horrible; you can feel there are ghost around in Monroe. Monroe has like a weird feeling. I lived there for about most of my life. I moved when my parents got divorced. At my old house I had curtains in my room, and there always was an opening in the curtain like someone was looking at me. I was never harmed or anything. I heard footsteps in my room and banging on the closet door, but sometimes just random things happened. My parents didn't
    believe me, but it started when I was in 3rd grade when Bloody Mary was popular.

I lived in a big house. My room was far away from my mom's. I had my own section of the house. Most of the time at night I was alone with the
hall light on with my mom's door closed, but I didn't have it bad. The ghost just did things to scare (not harm) me. I believe there was more than one. Most of the stuff happened when I was in my mom's room during the day. I could hear the bathroom door opening and closing, and sometimes I could see from the corner of my eye. Sometimes I could just be watching a movie and a laughing noise came out of nowhere.
