Doraville/norcross area. I've had an unusual experience several times when crossing over the Railroad tracks on best Friend road. It always happens at twilight. As I approach the track I see the figure of a Man approaching my car very closely in my side vision.
When I turn my head the person is gone. The first two times it happened I was caught off guard and it scared the you-know-what out of me!.
