Submitted by Terryn By the looks of it Patterson, Georgia seems like a standard municipality, but there are ghosts in this municipality, and they become visible during the night. Things happen in this place that can't be rationally explained. Doubters don't trust in the local ghost testimonies, but the things that happen here in Patterson at night will spook you. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A womanly person has been perceived on one or two instances pulling a dead body over the grass in Lions Park very late at night. The ghost of a man carrying a sword may sometimes be perceived crawling out of Cross Swamp soaked in mud after midnight. One of the people who live here confidently asserts that this ghost is the undeparted soul of an       old Patterson local resident. A woman with maggots crawling out of her mouth has repeatedly been distinguished by Indian Bluff chucking rocks. The ghost of a shackled up woman is frequently witnessed drifting along on Big Satilla Creek at the stroke of midnight.
