Submitted by Sydney       Categories: family, city_hall, cliff On stage coach road by a cemetery a Man stands on side of the road wearing a Green like jacket Blue jeans     and a White boggin hat he stands out there between the hours of eight thirty to nine thirty at night facing the woods never flinches or move at all when a car passes he has been seen to be on both sides of road then back to the cemetery whaere he disappears at a grave his face is pitch Black has Only been known to turn, and look in the direction of one person has been sighted by Many Many people including myself he just wanders across the road and back as if hes waiting or looking for something believed to be a lost soul.
