I had a dream about 6 years ago that I came to this place at night, in the courtyard of some projects; there was some boarded up houses and I went into one that was open. A year later, I came to Rome for the first time in my life. Something came over me when I saw the projects from the taxi; I walked there with my friend and knew the place inside and out even though Ive never been there. I stood in the courtyard; there was the house in front of me that I went into in my dream; except that in real life it was boarded up. This place is East Rome Projects. It might sound insane but Im able to communicate

with spirits(not always though) I dont usually see them but can sense them and know what theyre trying to say. They said there was somebody there who I should find, but I never found them...to this day

Most folks in Rome, Georgia are happily unaware of the terrible riddles this municipality retains; this municipality has creepy riddles masked in the darkness. A lot of phantom sightings have been passed on by the people who live here. Some people who live here declare there are no phantoms, but only some of the residents of Rome are still alive.
These are some of the spooky things that have

happened here recently.
The ghost of a woman having half her head lost may from time to time be perceived in a secluded place next to Rome. In any event, it's a creepy ghost that you shouldn't
go trying to locate.
A lady with a sword in her head was observed hitch-hiking alongside a gloomy highway outside Rome. When the ghost was observed it disappeared into the thin air.
The
ghost of a youthful Indian combatant emerged beside the water at Camps Lake speaking into the thin air. The ghost was ingested by the thin air after being witnessed. Whatever people exclaim, it indisputably
is a creepy ghost that should be avoided.
The ghost of an airline pilot was witnessed in Alto Park Recreation Center in the early morning hours before sunrise reading a newspaper. Being frightened
by the observers the phantom departed into the dark.
The ghost of a sturdy lumberjack clutching a large axe came into sight staring at the sight from the apex of Mount Alto around midnight. This
particular ghost has been perceived frequently in this neighborhood.
A menacing skeleton was seen staring at the water by Berry Reservoir Dam at the stroke of midnight. There have been further
descriptions involving this ghost in the area.
A man that turned into a vampire was spotted gathering wood for a fire in Marshall Forest after midnight. Several stories of this ghost have been
described.
A shining human figure has regularly been perceived going to see Blacks Bluff at the stroke of midnight. Residents argue that this spirit is that of a resident who dwelled here in Rome
long ago.
The ghost of a young guy dressed in a coat is regularly made out trying to seize something down next to DeSoto Park Spring on a dark night.
A beheaded man has allegedly been witnessed
on many instances at Big Dry Creek at night throwing stones into the flow.
The ghost of a surgeon with a blood-covered uniform can regularly be noticed scaring folks in Fouche Gap at the stroke
of midnight. A resident alleges that this ghost gets pleasure from scaring unwise people who come trying to find ghosts in Rome.
A lady with her arms sliced off can be spotted often dispatching
a container at a Rome post office.
The ghost of a gentleman holding a blood-splattered machete is once in a while noticed drinking fuel from a gasoline pump at a gas station in Rome.
