I know far a fact there was not a horse any place near bonaventure at the time. I don't know if it was the heat and humidity getting to me or not but I know I heard horse hooves or thought I did.

Last November I went to bonaventure cemetery in Savannah Georgia. I never heard any horses hooves but while reading some of the old Tombstones next to the police department I thought I heard women and children crying softly.
I checked around the old antique squad cars in front of the Savannah p. D. But never saw a woman or child any where in site. I was so astonished while reading the Tombstones because so many of the people died young.|
I think the soft sobbing and maybe the clopping sound of horses could be in some way related to the very old Tombstones.|

My sister and I were visiting bonaventure cemetery and were really deep into the Monuments when we heard the clop clop clop of a horses hoof. I thought and so did she that someone must be riding a horse through the grounds and couldn't believe they would allow it so we went toward the trail that the noise was coming from and there wasn't anyone there.
