If you had paid closer attention to him you would have noticed a damp spot on the asphalt after he disappeared. I don't know who he is or what he is but he has yet to cause anyone any kind of harm. I just look upon it as an interesting experience. Everyone is entitled to do their own thing and I do not think the Silver man would harm anyone.
