I saw a ghostly figure on the real estate picture but thought the ghost was outside. The ghost is now inside my house. It is friendly (so far). The ghosts shuts windows turns lights on and off and does a few other things. I have tried talking to the ghost.... Nothing yet. My pets are freaked out. I do have pictures of the ghost outside which I will get out of my other computer. The ghost doesn't show itself inside     at all. Just makes itself known with noise. This ghostly figue has been seen several times but the most chilling being early one morning in the fog while a car drove by and shined the headlights. It looked to be close by and walking towards me but as soon as the car was gone and I could no longer see it, it never reappeared.
