Saw a woman in a translucent White dress with flowing hair and Black eyes. She appeared about 30 feet from me and was walking but hovering about 2 feet off the ground. At the same time my bike light went out as if the battery died. I peddled as fast as I could and as fast is the women appeared she was gone and my bike light worked again.
