(2) if he were not I would have seen him go by and / or heard his footsteps on the tile floor below also. (3) the footsteps often did not seem to quite reach the top - they would just stop and go down again (or maybe back up again who knows).
(4) my mother the other likely candidate was almost always passed out drunk downstairs on the couch. Had she been walking it would not have been a regular thumping sound rather a staggering drunk
sound (I'd heard her enough times to know the difference).|
(5) often I heard a dogs' toenails clicking on the tile floor below and once felt a
small dog jump on my bed curl up and go to sleep. I noticed then that my own dog was asleep on the floor by me and hadn't moved an inch.|
I finally realized that the footsteps had to be paranormal in nature as there was no other plausible explanation. The footsteps were the only thing I ever picke d up on. Perhaps there may have been other things I missed due to the chaos I was living in.
But the footsteps I'm totally convinced of. I've often
