Whitesburg, Georgia Ghost Tales

A lonely widow would, at about 12:00, at my old house on old fishcamp road be seen carressing my sisters hair at night.

On the surface Whitesburg, Georgia appears like a typical town, but this place has its fair percentage of ghosts. The living dead are here in this municipality as the people who live here will advise you about. Several people who live here allege there are no ghosts, but the struggling spirits of Whitesburg are all too real.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A somewhat translucent
 
    guy clothed as the captain of a fishing boat is known to have been observed on frequent instances marching along a deserted highway in the vicinity of Whitesburg. No matter what, it's sure a creepy spirit
  that should be stayed away from.

The spirit of a young-looking gentleman sporting a confederate uniform may repeatedly be perceived after midnight drifting by on Acorn Creek. Residents here assert that this ghost likes scaring foolish folks who are brave enough to disturb the quiet in Whitesburg. No matter what people utter, this ghost undeniably is menacing; one that is preferably not upset.

The phantom of a hobo may be observed often hurling chunks of concrete into Angelos Lake at night. One of the people who live here strongly declares that this ghost likes frightening foolish people who come
trying to find ghosts in Whitesburg.

The ghost of an old sorceress has occasionally been witnessed fluttering across Devils Den late in the night.

A guy with a big hole through his upper body is once in a while distinguished staring at the water by Bibbs Lake Dam late in the night. One thing's for certain, it's a scary ghost that you don't want to run into late at night.

A lady's body having a pig's head has been distinguished on numerous occasions coming into sight in a bathroom mirror. Several of those who live here declare this phantom may be the soul of a resident who passed away here in Whitesburg long ago.

A gentleman having the head of a leprechaun may from time to time be perceived before dawn sprinting after a passing pickup on a shady road close to Whitesburg. In any event, it in all certainty is a creepy spirit that any wise person wouldn't wish to meet.
