One of the people who live here determinedly says that this ghost is the tormented soul of an old Wiley resident. No matter what, it undoubtedly is a chilling ghost that is better not upset. A woman clutching her head beside her arm may sometimes be observed verbalizing into the air as if   someone besides was nearby. Several of the folks here claim this ghost is that of a local who had a house here in Wiley before the present. Regardless of what people verbalize, this spirit indisputably is frightening; one that you wouldn't want to encounter in the early morning hours.
