Byhalia, Mississippi Ghost Sightings
I'm surprised how few people in Byhalia seem to know about the haunted railroad tracks running through town. It's the old story about a hobo that was hit by a train and died and now haunts the tracks. It's a common story I know, but that doesn't make it any less true.|
The hobo in question was run over by a westbound train early in the morning and now whenever a westbound train passes through town early in the morning you can sometimes see a glowing
silhouette of a man by the tracks.|
That's him. The hobo. Don't believe me? Go check it out and you will.

Comment by Amanda: Back in 89 my grandfather got killed at Ingringram's Mill in Byhalia on his way to work one morning by a train. He's no hobo though. I'm not sure if that's who your talking about but his name was Robert.
