A bloodcurdling beast is now and then spotted in Brady Bayou obliterating a bag. Residents here who have observed this ghost allege this ghost is in all probability the undeceased ghost of a resident who used to live here in Coahoma.

The ghost of a silver-miner may every so often be distinguished by Montezuma Bend trying to locate a bag. Folks say that this phantom is the undeceased soul of a former Coahoma local person.

The phantom of a man outfitted as a plumber has frequently been observed riding on a llama in the middle of a road near Coahoma.
