Tom haunts Lee Hall of ICC Campus. It is rumored that a college student named Tom committed suicide in Lee Hall on the second floor. Anyone staying in the room claims the room always has a cold chill to it. One night during the 80's when I was a college student living in Lee Hall (at that time a girls dormitory) All the residents of the second floor were awakened during the night with strange noises coming from the hallway. Everyone came out into the hall to see what was going on. All of a sudden all the doors to the dorm rooms slammed shut. And the exit doors at the end of the hallway opened

and slammed shut. Was it Tom? Tom did not like it when the girl residents of Lee Hall had unauthorized male guests staying over. He would always stir things up and the male guest would be discovered.

Most of the folks who live here in Fulton, Mississippi are merrily uninformed of the horrendous riddles this settlement holds; there are out of the ordinary things going down in this settlement during the dark hours. The ghosts of this municipality don’t leave anyone unstartled. People who have never stayed overnight in this municipality will inform you it's untrue, but seeing is believing and if you stay for a few days here in Fulton, you might witness a ghost.

at A E Young Lake Dam late in the night enjoying the view. This individual ghost has been perceived often in this spot.

The spirit of a young female dressed in a blood-splattered wedding dress was distinguished in a home in Fulton. Numerous
reports of this ghost have been reported.
