One evening about dust dark back in 1991 over by Delta oil mill I saw a Black Man dressed in thrown clothing carry across his shoulders was a large branch, and at each the oppisite end was two pales I called my aunt to door and asked her did she see the Man she applied no she     asked me what Man and what was he doing. I told her he's carrying something in those buckets. I watched the Man until he walked out of sight. Next Day about dusk dark I watched to see if I would see him again I never did.
