Daytime in Liberty, Mississippi is precisely like daylight anywhere else in this country, but some long departed people from the past have come back to this place. Ghosts are so typical in this place; many local residents don’t even think about it any longer. Several local residents say these accounts are untrue, but the undeparted spirits of Liberty are all too real.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
A female's body with a bear's head can be noticed repeatedly smoking a pipe at Anders Lake Dam on a dark night. Regardless of what folks utter, this is a bad spirit that is better not disrupted.

The watcher escaped immediately after he spotted the phantom. Locals who have observed this phantom declare this phantom is the stressed soul of an old Liberty local resident. Well, it certainly is a frightening ghost that any sound person wouldn't want to run into.
A guy's body with the head of a bat showed up in the backseat of a car by the driver catching a sight of the spirit in her rear view mirror before dawn. The ghost didn't mind that there was someone else nearby. In any event, this spirit indisputably is frightening; one that you shouldn't go looking for.
The ghost of a gentleman grasping a sword was seen by an old man hiking along a trail close to Liberty. The arrival of the eye witness startled the ghost who then disappeared.
The spirit of a woman having words cut into her nose was noticed relaxing on a stool in a house in Liberty. The phantom mumbled about revenging a murder. Locals assert that this ghost is that of a person who lived here in Liberty in the past.
The spirit of a woman with a dagger in her chest was made out wandering from building to building late in the night on a Liberty lane. The onlooker got scared and ran off.
