A lady with maggots crawling out of her nose came into view at E Justice       Lake Dam around midnight looking at the vista. The arrival of the bystander alarmed the phantom who then faded away. People here say that this phantom is the undeceased soul of a former Lula resident. The ghost of a tied up lady was witnessed guzzling motor oil beside the water at Trotters Point. The onlooker got freaked out and fled.
