They were loud enough that on more than one ocassion my wife and I got up from bed (separate incidents) because we thought we had left the television on. Anytime anyone entered the great room, where most of the sounds were coming from, the voices would instantly cease and at no time could we understand what was being said; best description of the sounds would be ''muffled.'' Submitted by Gerald       Categories: home, voices, sounds In country meadows at 122 apple st. there       has been abandon for over some time but there has been many sighting of ghost floating and pale white once when he awsered the door to some kids he was pale white rude and talking about a mysterious acident some kids discovered that 2 of the gates boards where busted and thier dog ran in and they asked me if they could get there dog I said ask your   mom or dad thier dad said yes if you come so I went and got the dog and the windows where torn up and thourgh we could see 2 faces and all of a sudden there was a chill down our back and the faces disapered and we grabed the dog and leavet. Moonlight hour is undeparted time around here. Some people who live here allege there are no ghosts, but the undeparted may very well show themselves to you if you stay for the night in Senatobia. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a planter having on a straw hat can occasionally be seen pacing through a Senatobia vicinity burial ground. The ghost of a youthful air force pilot has repeatedly been witnessed at David E Jones Pond Dam at the stroke of midnight taking pleasure in the landscape. Residents allege that this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while traveling through Senatobia some decades ago.
