She has grey hair and always wears a long blue garden dress with a garden hat. From what I remember she was a sweet lady. I was only driving by the place to look for new land and a place to build a house. We got out to look at goats and this strange lady appeared from the woods a few seconds later she     was gone. The weird thing is I don't think anyone has died on that land. The story is she doesn't speak to adults. There has been multiple sightings of her here.
