A female with a semi transparent body is every now and then seen hanging out in an uninhabited building in Alpine. One of the local residents definitely says that this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while passing through Alpine in the past. Anyhow, it indisputably is a scary ghost that you shouldn't go searching for. The ghost of a man wearing a police uniform is known to have been witnessed on a few occasions gazing at the sight from the summit of Alpine Mountain before dawn.
