One day I had a couple of cousins at my house and we were playin around and all of a sudden we heard silver wear ratling upstairs so I took a peak and when I did I saw my grandma holding a fork and a knife. And she had died two weeks after her b-day which was about 3 weeks before this had happened. Submitted by Ben Still
Most of the folks who live here in Brighton, Tennessee are joyfully uninformed of the horrible secrets this town holds; this town is visited by the undead when the sun has gone below the horizon. The undeceased are all over this municipality as the residents will disclose. Several residents say there are no spirits, but with so many spirits in Brighton you have a quite magnificent chance of observing one if you stay for a few days in this town.

A lady with a green face is often perceived glugging down paint down near the waterfront at Jones Lake. Regardless of what, this phantom undoubtedly is frightening;

The ghost of a woman with a switchblade in her head can every so often be witnessed shouting under a streetlight in Brighton. In any case, it's a bloodcurdling spirit that you shouldn't go seeking.
The ghost of a chained up female has often been observed wandering from home to home late in the night on a Brighton residential street. A woman who lives here alleges that this spirit may be a well-known old days native of Brighton.
A female with the head of a devil is repeatedly spotted in Fort Pillow State Park outside the ranger station flashing a lamp. Several of those who live here allege this ghost is most likely the struggling ghost of a local who used to have a house here in Brighton.
