A woman with a bottle-green face was noticed admiring Buffalo Rock after midnight. The viewer got scared and ran off. Several of the folks
  who live in this town allege this ghost may be the spirit of a resident who died here in Del Rio a long time ago. No matter what folks articulate, this ghost sure is frightening; one that you wouldn't want to bump into in the early morning hours before sunrise.

A gentleman with a sword in his head has often been perceived looking for a book beside a parked Dodge in a Del Rio parking lot before sunrise. It has been asserted that this individual ghost might be a famous former time resident of Del Rio.
