The ghost of an old man with a huge gray mustache has purportedly been distinguished on a small number of occasions dispatching a parcel at a Gleason post office. The ghost of a man having on military attire can now and then be witnessed downing gasoline from a gas pump at a fuel station in Gleason. A medieval knight's armor without a person inside was witnessed drinking paint quite near the entrance to Big Cypress Tree State Park. The ghost didn't appear to be scared by the watchers. A local woman declares that this spirit is the spirit of a visitor that was murdered while driving through Gleason some time ago.
