One night when I came home from work I thought I saw someone by the road walking in a civil War uniform... I paid no attention until about 2 weeks later when my cousin came to visit from Franklin Kentucky and said he slammed on his brakes to avoid hitting ... You guessed it a man in a civil War uniform! As if that wasn't enough my ''no nonsense'' neighbor and his wife saw the same thing     the next night.
