The ghost of a street bum has supposedly been perceived on a few instances concealing a corpse by a large rock in Carter Community Park before dawn.

The ghost of a youthful woman covered in blood may once in a while be witnessed calling out names
  by Catlett Bend. It's been claimed that this exact ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was killed while passing through Kodak many years ago. Whichever way, it sure is a creepy ghost that should be avoided.

The spirit of an elderly hag was observed appearing chilling at Bailey Spring around midnight. The ghost was ingested by the air after being spotted. Based on what the people who live here declare, this ghost is that of a local who had a home here in Kodak some decades ago.

A lady's body with an animal's head emerged looking at folks in a Kodak house through an air vent. Panicked by the observers the ghost departed into the shadows.

A guy having the head of a goblin was witnessed fluttering over Devils Den at night. When witnessed the spirit moved toward the bystander who then fled.

A woman on fire, grasping a petroleum container became visible in Bear Hollow very late at night heaving stones. This exact ghost has been seen frequently in this area. In any event, this is an unlikable spirit that you wouldn't
want to meet in the early morning hours.
