To the outsider Mercer, Tennessee appears like an average settlement, but when the darkness of nighttime begins; things get chilling. The undead are living in this municipality as the people who live here will tell you about. Some people who live here claim these tales are not true, but with so many ghosts in Mercer you have a reasonably nice chance of catching a glimpse of one if you spend the night here.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a woman with a knife in her back materialized verbalizing into the thin air by Mulherin Bend. Panicked by the bystanders the ghost fled into the dark. Locals allege that this phantom likes terrifying unwise people who are courageous enough to interrupt the serenity in Mercer.

The ghost of a tied up woman was witnessed showing up in a bathroom mirror. When spotted
 
    the phantom moved toward the observer who then fled.

A woman having the head of a goblin is regularly seen grasping a skull by Bean Creek. A woman who lives here says that this ghost can be the soul of a resident who passed away here in Mercer a long time ago.

The ghost of a guy having half his head gone has allegedly been perceived on
  several instances crying by Bill Wilks Swamp. One of the locals determinedly alleges that this ghost may perhaps be a well-known past resident of Mercer. One thing's for guaranteed, it's undoubtedly a chilling ghost that you do not want to encounter in the early morning hours before sunrise.

The phantom of a young woman having on a bloody wedding gown can repeatedly be observed gazing down at The Big Eddy at the stroke of midnight. A number of of the folks who live here claim this ghost is most likely the undeparted ghost of a person who used to reside here in Mercer. Anyway, this spirit undoubtedly is chilling; one that any reasonable person would not want to bump into.
