The ghost of an old lady holding a pistol was made out resting at the kitchen counter in a Moscow residence smoking a cigar. The eye witness ran off when she set eyes on the phantom. The ghost of a flight attendant came into sight in Wall Doxey State Park outside the ranger station conversing into the thin air. When   the onlooker came into view the ghost fled. The ghost of an elderly Indian chief was observed wandering through a trailer in Moscow. The appearance of the witness terrified the ghost who then disappeared. Residents claim that this phantom enjoys startling people who are bold enough to interrupt the peace in Moscow.
