This is one of those ghosts that is seen       very frequently around here. The spirit of an engine driver was witnessed fly fishing from the water's edge of C C Blankenship Lake very late at night. The phantom didn't mind that there was somebody else near. A woman devoid of a head was witnessed looking at the sight from the pinnacle of Little Mountain on a dark night.
