It sounds like a woman begging for help. I thought it really might have been a person just messing around or playing around or really needing help. I drive around looking for a lady , just in case she really does need something, and I never find anyone. I hear it maybe once a month. My husband has heard it too. He said the     voice that he heard sounded like a little boys voice or a little girl. At the age that it sounds like it is very hard to tell a little boy from a little girl. He went and looked in all of the ditches and gutters to make sure a kid hadn't fallen in the ditch. He never finds anything. I don't know if this is paranormal, it could just be someone messing around with us or something. If anyone else has heard the calls for help, please post your experience on this sight so we know we are not the only ones who hear it. thank you.
