When I told my boyfriend of seeing this man in the garage, he confirmed he, as well as a previous roommate had seen him as well. The man was older and dressed in jeans with a plaid shirt with the bone type snaps...western style. He didn't seem unfriendly; however he apparently didn't like the ex-roommate as     he pounded on doors a lot when he was around. Coincidentally, the ex-roommate was rather unsavory and had hidden gambling and drug addictions.
