I encountered numerous unusual events in the building. I saw a confederate solder standing next to the postcard stand reflected in the window. However when I looked directly at the stand there was nothing there. Footsteps could be heard upstairs along with women's voices. The footsteps traveled Halfway down the stairs then stopped.     When I went up the stairs I smelled women's perfume. This phenomenon was mentioned by other workers. Immediately after the Shiloh pipe was installed in the museum the Ranger initiating and overseeing the installation passed away suddenly. He had been very concerned about the pipe's security. For months I would be the last to leave the building and turn off all of the lights. Each Day when I returned to the building the single spotlight over the pipe would be shining.
