The next morning the phone rang at 8:30 am and the alarm in the bedroom went off at 2:00 pm, again we didn't think anything of it. Then the last night we were there (Halloween night) I was having a very hard time sleeping because it was pretty windy and very loud. I had just fallen asleep around 4 am and the TV in the living room came on by itself. I woke my husband up and he shut it off, but I had a very difficult time sleeping the rest of the night
and couldn't help but feel like there was something going on.|

I work for an industrial Laundry facility. We pick up laundry from the cabins and hotels in the area. My drivers typically start around 3 AM. This morning when I got into work, one of my drivers came in to the office and was considerably shaken. He said around 2:30 am this morning as he was headed in to work on Dolly Parton Pkwy the road was extremely foggy. He said he saw something up ahead, so he slowed down a little. He said he then came upon 4 men in old tattered clothes pushing a cannon across the road. He slammed on his brakes for fear of running into them. He said as he sat there and watched the men cross the road, they never looked up or acknowledged him at all. He said he could feel the hair on the back of his neck standing up. After hearing this I immediately googled any battles that would have been fought in this area, thinking it must have been a residual energy manifesting from an old battle. I came across the battle of Fair Garden in Sevier County, TN.
This is exactly the area the driver was in when witnessing this. Even as he was telling me the story, I felt chills. Immediately after, a former driver whose girlfriend still works for me as the office help and acting laundry supervisor, called in and told her that as he was on his way to work this morning, he was driving the same road. And he came upon a foggy patch in the road. His entire windshield froze completely over with frost to the point where he had to pull over and scrape it with his license. It was 60 degrees at 7 AM this morning. Believe me both of these stories have me creeped out and interested in driving this road.
