I myself have witnessed many ghost in that area. I grew up on a street by the park and what it seems to me is that the grounds in this area used to be where Indians settled. My father found a Tommy hawk while plowing in the garden. My dog found what looked like a cows skull. Many neighbors have seen things in their homes as well. It makes sense     why they settled there because of the spring at the park.
