Soddy Daisy, Tennessee Ghost Tales | |
While scailing the cliffs of Mowbray Mountain in Soddy-Daisy, I noticed a harsh stinch coming from a rocky opening unknown to me, but described by others as a great hidden distillery post from many years ago. My curiosity overwhelmed me, and I found myself inside staring at the darkness. While gazing, I felt a cold chill even though the temperature of the day was in the low 90's. I noticed a small man in a dark green outfit peering back at me through the darkness of the cave. His posture seemed to be that of a defensive nature. Rumor has it that he is defending his stil and the longer you stare at

his gaustly figure, the more thirsty you will become. The lore of this man known as Scottie Dizzy is well known to the locals who are wary of his hidden fortress in the cliffs near the Montlake community. Submitted
