South Jackson Civic Center on South Jackson Hwy is probably the most haunted building in Tullahoma, built around the original school (1886) is the auditorium and outside wings (1927 and 1936). At least a half dozen ghosts call this building home, including a teacher in and near the Donna London rehearsal hall, another teacher in the reception rooms, a lady in white and a small boy in the balcony of the Auditorium, a little girl in the main dressing room, and a man (sometimes thought to be a Civil War soldier) who can be found anywhere in the building.
The Executive Board claims the building is not haunted, as they do not want it being ''known as'' or ''declared'' a haunted building. Sorry, too many people, too many times, over the years, have seen these entities for it not to be.
