Albany, Indiana Ghost Tales My father lived in Albany in a home across from a church.? One day after he came home from school he was standing in his kitchen talking on the phone to his mother to let her know that he made it home safely.? ANYWAY he turned around and saw a man starring back at him from the dining room.? He quickly ran out the kitchen door over to the church where he stayed until his mother arrived home later that night.? We knew that the house used to be a mortuary.?? At a later time my parents were married in this house.? In their wedding photo there was my parents and the maid of honor, best man, and priest ... but behind the priest there was a man that with a tall hat standing with a blank look on his face.? My parents later told us kids that that man was not there.??? I guess he wanted his picture taken.
