I was in my kitchen looking for a knife to slice a tomato with. when I went back to the tomato after finding a knife, I found the tomato to be already sliced. my wife died ten years ago and she always sliced my tomatoes for me.

Ok so this happened to me a couple of years ago but recently I was discussing it with a group of friends and I want to know what this thing was. I was a junior in high school and I snuck over to my girl friends house. I fell asleep and later woke up to realize it was 3 in the morning. So I decided to take the window and sneak around the back side of the house and through the front yard to get to my car. It was a really clear night and the stars and the moon lit up they yard and road so that I could see everything. Now her house is on the edge of a golf course so its pretty much just open land all around the house. I could see everything around me. I snuck around to my car that was parked on the side of the road. When I

was walking through the yard there was nothing around my car and nothing around in the yard. NOTHING.
When I got to the car I got the keys out of my pocket when I heard something rustle in front of the car. I looked up and there was someone/something standing about 10 feet in front of me. I just froze. I have never been as scared as I was when

that thing was in front of me. I sat there for at least 5 minutes and didn't move. It was just a black figure so insanely close to me, and I couldn't see anything except its outline. It was extremely tall and looked like it was wearing a black cloak or something. Finally never taking my eyes off of it I started to unlock my car. When it was unlocked I swung the door open and jumped inside. I turned the lights off inside the car and locked the doors. The thing didn't move at all, not an inch. Finally I turned on the car and slowly went forward. When I passed it, it looked like an extremely old person with a hood and it never looked at the car. It just stared forward and never moved as I passed it in the car.
That was it. I just went home after that, I just went home and didn't sleep for a couple nights. To this day I have no idea what that was, at all. All of this happened in Alexandria Indiana about 6 years ago. If anyone can dig up some info about what it might be or some similar stories, I would be interested to hear it. I swear
