Most of the people who live here in Bluffton, Indiana are happily uninformed of the horrific riddles this town holds; this town is run by struggling ghosts of days gone by. Phantoms are so ordinary here; loads of locals don’t even fret about it any longer. Some locals allege these stories are lies, but the tormented spirits of Bluffton are all too real.
