Bremen, Indiana Ghost Tales | |

In 1974 my parents moved into a house in Bremen on the south side. They quickly remodeled and added on to it making it twice as big. In 1984 or so, at the age of about 12 or so, things started creeping me out. In the old part of the house, there was a long hallway, with 3 bedrooms and a bath off of it. It started with just erie feelings of not being alone. Then it progressed to hearing voices. I would be alone, minding my own business in my room at the end of the hall, and would hear one of my family members call to me. I would call back and get no response. I would look around, even outside

and find no one there. This became very frequent. Then it progressed to seeing something out of the corner of my eye, going from the middle bedroom to the bath right across the hall. I just adjusted

to it, always walking quickly down the hall. The last sighting I seen, I was 13. I left my room, and right before I got to the middle bedroom this lady walked out from it. I froze as she took another step to the middle. She was all dressed up in what looked like victorian clothing, complete with a bonnet and parasaile. I could see through the edges of her, like fog, but condensed. In the middle of her walk she stopped, turned her head and looked at me for a few moments, turned her head back, then walked into the bathroom. I decided to give her her privacy ( a little joke-he-he). I took a

deep breath at that point and told her, ''I don't know what or who you are. I don't care that you are here. But, I never want to SEE you again!'' Then I promptly ran out of the house. I never did
see anything again, although from time to time, I did get that creepy, not alone feeling.

I have home in Bremen. I have lived in this home for 7 years. when we first moved
in I seen a little boy with a sumbrarrow standing at the foot of my bedroom door. I also have witnssed a little girl ghost last summer. I was sleeping down stairs on my couch on an extremly hot summer
night. I woke up in the middle of the night and went and got a cup of milk and I sat it by my couch and Ifell asleep. I woke up a couple hours later to get another drink but when I reached for my cup
it was gone, then I seen a a shadowy figure of a little girl who I thought was my sister sitting in a chair by the t.v. holding my cup out in front of her. I got up and walked up to her and tried to take
my cup away but she would not let go, I began crying and yelling at the girl who I simply thought was my sister. my mom heard me crying and yelling and asked me what was wrong. I told her that sis wouldn't
give my cup back to me, but what she said was a shock she said sissy's in here with me sleeping she isn't in the living room. I turned and looked back at the figure but she was gone!!! And we never did find the cup the shadowy figure had in her hands.
