We had been walking around town and had sat down on some swings and play ground equipment that was there at the time.  None of us lived in Carlisle, but we were familiar with the town because our grandparents lived there and we visited often.  It was around 9:30 or 10:00pm and dark, but the immediate area was lit by the street lights and some lights coming from the side of the school.  We had been laughing and joking around and someone suggested   (continued on the next page...)
