Ok now if you really want to see a ghost in Granger then read this carefully because I will tell you what you need to do. You need to follow these steps
exactly or it won't work. I am not from Granger but my friends and I used to drive up there to do this sometimes and it worked every single time.
Go

up to the railroad crossing on Adams Road before 2:32 am and bring flour or baby powder or any other type of powder that is light and makes a good puffy
cloud. At 2:32 am start throwing powder or flour in the air above the east side track.
Keep doing that and make sure there's always powder in the air

above the track. Some time before the clock strikes 2:33 you will see the cloud of powder suddenly disintegrate in a very violent way.

That is

the ghost train of Granger coming down the track.
